Trust is #1. Without trust, relationships are not possible. Whether you need something completed in confidence, have tight security for treasured items, or tend to avoid shifty characters, I can assure you that I will perform with the utmost professionalism. You tell me what trust means to you and I will fold that into the work we do together.

Accountability

When I say something, I mean it. No bull, no excuses. When we begin working together, I will make my rules of engagement clear and hold myself accountable for them throughout the project – autonomously. There can be no accountability without communication, and I see communication as a critical component of any working relationship.

Quality

I do things for you as if I am doing them for myself. Quality and attention to detail is what makes the difference. I’ve had many times in my past where something was done for me and I had to re-do myself it or re-hire someone else. What a drag! That won’t happen with me. If the quality is not up to my standards, I will continue to finesse it until it is.

 

Along with high standards for performance of work comes high standards for refusal of work.

 

My personal assistance is always strictly professional. If there is ever a time that anyone involved in the working agreement feels uncomfortable, is asked to do something inappropriate, or is treated disrespectfully, the project and related communications will be terminated – no exceptions – with payment required immediately.

I take this very seriously and I expect all of my clients to do so as well.
